The hotel is at an excellent part of Berlin-Mitte. The suites are clean and very modern.

I had a wonderful, large suite that was very well equipped and incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located.

Excellent. Good location, quiet and clean. Breakfast is simple and elegant. Hotel assists are kind and sufficient.

need more information on the city such as the detail map, entertainments, and tours. internet access should be free, which is my request to all hotels in the world. It is like electricity and water for the users. Free internet just meets to your hotel concept; guests enjoy the private time, with the sufficient support to the guests' subjective will, in other words, cool and hot.

If you want to use one of the bikes of the hotel, you had to reserve in advance. But since there's no charging for the bikes, nobody brings back the keys, even if they weren't using the bikes. As we didn't ask for them right away, we were put on the 'reservelist' for the bikes, but that is totally useless, because everybody keeps the bikekeys for the entire time they are staying.
