What people say
I liked everything in the appartment but it lacks little things for example the pillows are not confortable and i was obliged to buy a new one for my neck to be reliefed.Some few things are needed in the kitchen like especial knife for the fruits (apple for example) and the most important thing reasonable number of hangers for the clothes,and a bath scale

Very good quiet location, in central Berlin. Cozy and clean apartment, has everything that we expected. Would prefer it to any hotel any time.
It was close to the major tourist sites.

Location close to city & metro. View over city. Good spaces for two
people. Washing machine, full fridge/ freezer.
The location was close to the attractions, Alexanderplatz and Friedrich Strasse were within walking distance.
Can't complain about anything.
There wern't many places to eat nearby after 10:00.
Bathroom was a bit small. No closet for cloths.
The rude receptionist No."Welcome, " Just. &Quot;Sit, you must
pay!" Thrown a Google Map for directions, "Go 500m"
didn't say apt block is at back of building & entrance hard to
find. A full rack of bed linen & towels on balcony in the rain &
smog for the 4 days we were there. No wonder towels are hard. Mouldy
grout on bath & bottom of shower curtain. Hyperbole in advert.
Renovated yes, just the basics though, luxurious -no.
Checking in was a hassle, as it wasn't at the same location as the apartment, but we came late and the staff were accommodating.
The apartment booked wasnt available and we got literally a downgrade It
was on another (worse) location. We were promised we could check-out
late but the maid come to say we need to leave and we had less than 1
hour to pack our stuff. Not recommended unless you want a crappy stay.
