Great apartment for your staying in Berlin. We liked everything and it
felt like being home. We really advice this place which is offered for a
very good price too. Close to the apartment you can find a lot of places
for food and drinks which are open till late in the night.

Comfy and spacious room in a nice neighbourhood. The 10-minute walk to the U-Bahn was not a problem, lots of bakeries on our way!.

We've been to Berlin a couple of times before and really enjoy this part of the city (Tiergarten). The appartment has everything you need, it's all quite basic but fine. Wifi works, you're able to cook for yourself (although many nice restaurants are nearby), free parking is possible in the neighbourhood. Tip: rent a bike, it's a great city to do so!!.

Though small room was comfortable enough...but the stairs going to the bathroom was somewhat small...but fot the price they charged it was okay.
i would come back again and spent more time there..may be they would install a bigger lcd screen.
There are kitchen in the room, plates, utensils. Less than 10 walks to bus stop and 20 min. walks to metro. Near laundry place and local vendor is at the cornor.

Member of staff didn't actually take us up to the room and show us around or how things worked, he just left us at the front door. Would have been nice if he had give us a little more time.

Tiny detail: in the shower a little shelf or something for the shampoo etc would be nice.
The appartment could have been cleaner - NO bugs, but dust and hairs from other people, etc.
No reception, so any questions have to be solved through phone calls to invisible owner or their representative, and that's quite expensive when you're in roaming. The room was considerably smoky and quite cold with no heater.

Our room is located on the 4-5th fl, no elevator. It's hard if you travel with heavy luggage. The stair in the room is high and narrow. The bed is at the top level, close to the ceiling, heat from heater floating up till you feel too warm on the bed but still cold at the living space. Even, there is the kitchen in the room, the kettle inside is dirty. There is no hotel staffs. you have to call the owner when you arrive to get the key, it is expensive on your roaming call.
The stairs leading to the bathroom on the higher level were a bit
rickety and inconvenient. We dealt with two different people: one was
pleasant but the other was rather short and at one stage quite rude,
replying to our phone call with simply "?" In a text message.
The owner accepts cash only.
I had to call to the owner to checkin, which cause me expensive international call from my iphone
No room phone to reach the owner who does not live in the buildling.
The personal attention. The man who gives you the keys is a rude, we tried very bad. The stairs going to the toilet can not be used to it because they are poorly made you fall and I had to complain because I was told to make tourism the last day with suitcases because they give you the option of leaving them anywhere.
