The staffs were friendly and helpful doing things like allowing us to leave our bags in the hotel before we caught the bus after checking out. Breakfast was continental which kept us going nearly until dinner time. The Hotel is ideally located between the town centre and the spas up the hill. The location was great! It was a small hotel with simple furnishings, but comfortable and welcoming. - The staff were very helpful and cheerful.
