I liked it so much, over my expectaions, The Hotel location is good, the triple room was very clean, the breakfeast was fresh and tasty, the stuff was very kind and the price was great. I recommend this hotel to all. Location very good - near Tours rail station. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I like Tours very much and will, in future visits book accomodation at this hotel.

It was very close to the main train station. There wasn't a kettle in the room - but I knew this before hand from thewebsite and took my own. Toilet bowl is too high. Shower cubicle without shower curtain,. ...the decoration of the rooms very old and the not existence of air con. The first room we were in faced the street and it was very noisy,especially if we opened the window which , as it was very hot in theroom we had to do. We did not sleep well that night, we asked and weremoved to a room in the back of the hotel for the next night and found itmuch more comfortable.Halls were dark. Even though the lights automatically come on with motion, it was a bit creepy. Carpets were dated and somewhat dingy. Poor ventilation and uncomfortably hard mattress led to poor night's sleep. NO A/C and rooms on the street noisy. Check in time very early. Windows difficult to lock. Carpet shabby inhallways and room. No soap at sink. Breakfast poor- dining room dimlylit - waitress unfriendly.
