We stayed in one if the motel type apartments separate from the resort itself. Plenty of space, private sunny area outside, kitchen if you choose to use it and free access to laundry. Within walking distance of Roscoff attractions and train station. We loved Roscoff and Isle de Batz - a must do - take the ferry over in the morning and wander. Take ferry back in early evening - dinner in Roscoff. Fantastic way to spend a day.

The apartment was clean and although basic a good place to stay, you have use of a great swimming pool in the hotel. Very well equipped place; reasonable size for a couple to stay for a week or longer. Most cooking utensils are there so when you're tired of eating out all the time, it's worthwhile. Entrance to the SPA is nice: sea water swimming pools and Jacuzzi etc, short walking distance, a bit far when you're wet... We had a large 2 bedroom apartment away from the main complex. Everything you need for self-catering. Private car park and under 10 mins walk into centre of Roscoff. Ferry terminal is 5 mins by car. We are planning a weekend stay in Roscoff and will be booking to stay here. What an amazing place! Really friendly staff, very spacious and comfortable apartments. The location was only a 10 min walk from centre of Roscoff. The apartments are in a good situation near the beach and the town centre. Roscoff is a pretty little town. All family under one roof and a private apartment. Difficult to find where to check in. We came on foot from train station and had to ask several people for assistance. Booking office is at hotel reception on beachfront, not actually at the apartments. Wifi didn't work in our unit. Only disadvatage was our room wasn't ready until 4pm and we arrived in on the 8am ferry. There is a left luggage room, but it is a long time to wait especially if the weather is not good. On the plus side we were able to keep the apartment until 1pm on the day we were leaving. The reception was at the different main building w/SPA. Unless you're staying at the main building, don't even consider about 13euros breakfast. Floor in bathroom is slippery when wet. Absolutely nothing!. Nothing really. Would have loved a sea view but arrived at 6pm and keys were in hotel reception already. nothing wrong - everything was great!. Why were the only plugs for the tea/coffee machines on the floor lead didn't reach to the table. You needed to be a bodybuilder to get the soap out of the container in the bathroom,had to use the plugs in the bathroom for the tea/coffee machines not ideal. Maybe could be made clearer as to where to check in. The lack of written explanation of the spa facilities and how to access them. The lack of any system to ensure 'fair play' with spa access during busy times. The late check-in time of 4pm. Some confusion when trying to find the appartment particularly when it was dark and pouring with rain. Signs and information not very clear. Overlooking the car park. no dislikes. Difficulty in finding the property. The address does not exist. There is no Rue Docteur Bagot it is Rue docteur Louis Bagot so sat nav could not find the place. Further more there are no Residences Spa de rockroum , they are Les Jardins de Rockhoum!!!. Nothing. Although we found the complex easy enough there were no instructions given on how to obtain the key.The hotel which runs the complex is 500 metres away.There should be instructions regarding key collection.Although the apartment was clean I found it rather dated.Settee needs replacing. We had booked an apartment for 4 but on arrival were told that none were available so we would have to have 1 double and 1 twin. The apartments turned out to be at least 100 yards from each other, and as we are a family this was inconvenient and disappointing. Our apartments were a bit tired but reasonably well equipped. As others have mentioned it is quite confusing re check in, with a one way street to negotiate too!. Apartment not part of hotel complex . Rooms in need of modernising .
