  Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked! Childrens breakfast was free. - we stayed... what people say » here on our way to our skiing hol it was lovely to climb into a comfy warm bed after a long journey.clean facilities and although we did not eat that evening the breakfast was good the following morning.staff pleasant and professional,definately will stay here again.

  We were there for a week ski-vacation and enjoy every moment of it. Hotel staffs were nice, friendly and helpful, clean room, good location, good food and heated room to store ski gears.   I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained. Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area. If you are a beginner - it is a bit of a faff getting to the ski area for lessons, however having never skied before my 6 year old w... what people say » as able to ski in and out in three days. - Stunning location, friendly and helpful staff. Impressed that any niggles people had mentioned on reviews we'd read had been acted upon, for example a cleaning pack was provided and more ski lockers were built during our stay.

  The service is excellent. Very kind and efficient staff. The food is really good as well. Rooms are nice and clean with a nice view. - Very Alpine style building. Staff generally helpful and friendly though rushed in the restaurants at peak times.

  Apartments are modern, spacious (for France!) and clean. Smallish 130cm deep swimming pool (over 10 people made it very crowded) good steam room and small sauna, all clean. Attractive reception area; well stocked and attractive bar. Breakfast and dinner adequate for a couple of meals but very limited menu and some dishes not very good. Well priced compared with other residence - The Hotel is very modern (built in 2012?) but blends nicely with the surroundings. Our room was very nicely furnished, complete with full and modern kitchen units and utensils ...including an induction cooker and a dishwasher. It was a very welcome change from old ski lodges where the kitchen utensils are easily showing their age. Skiing out of and into the Hotel ski room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and never looked for tips.

  We have stayed here before. It is an excellent location for skiing in Meribel without being right in the centre of Meribel which is noisy and expensive. The bubble takes about 25mins to get to Chaudanne. The hotel is a spa hotel so you can get massage, sauna etc after a hard day's skiing. - Great views from our room Nice town for a wander round... what people say » in the evening

  The location is a1. Proper ski in ski out. Value for money and the staff wonderfull. We have stayed in many quality places throughout europe and the staff here were excellent. As an example every day after skiing they would meet my wife in the lobby with a pair of slippers and help her with her boots and snowboard.
