Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem.
We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a
smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on
the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for
restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to
train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab
ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can
retur

Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, kitchenette facilities if you have your own crockery, pans etc. Bathrooms upgraded since last visit. Small pool. Good parking facilities, outdoor or under cover. we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.
