Location. Also the owner was very kind! There was not a hairdryer, but he bought a new one in the same day. Small balconies -but it is nice to have a coffee in the morning. Carefour and the market are 5 min from the hotel. The location is very convenient, in the center of Cannes; The room is clean and full of sunshine. Fantastic service, extremely friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Nothing!!! This place is a dump... and at 350 Euros per night!!! I paid for 3 nights but left after 2 and paid for a proper hotel for the 3rd night (and alot cheaper!). Stay away from that place!. The flat was ok in size but the cleaning and the interior should have been replaced 10 years ago. the place was clean and in good condition. The location. The Location. Noting. There was no air condition in the room. Too hot, too noisy - all the night we heard the noise from closing restaurants and other guests. No oven in the kitchen - only Microwave. The restaurants around close late. A little bit noisy. Internet service was not good, and down most of the time. no place for children only small portable bed. And no privacy for adults with children. Cleaning services not available very day. poor air condition. The facility is in a very crowded area and people get very noisy after midnight. So try to get a room at the 3rd floor or above, otherwise you can't sleep before 2 am and will wake up at 06:30 due to noise from cleaning trucks and opening restaurants/stores. The mobile air conditioning unit was not that helpful so you have to keep the windows open all the time in summer!. the rooms were so hot that it was barely possible to sleep...the climatisation was insuffisant for that kind of hotness. The bathroom was a sauna. I do not recommend this appartement int june,july or august. Miserable place! This is a big con... You show pretty pictures of a lovely apartment and when you get there, it's nothing like that. I was supposed to have a room with balcony, but instead I had a small window with a crooked curtain. Very cheap basic furniture, a sofa bed with a plastic mattress cover, bad mattress, no cleaning or towel service during the stay. I am furious to have been conned like this... -No lift, and when You have 4 suitcases and lives several stairs up, its no good -bad cleaning of entrance with nasty smell and dead bugs. -Very old furniture and interior -very bad that the pictures of the flats, when we ordered, was from modern flats. That was not the case. - aircondition in livingroom, which also was the "second" bedroom, was leaking into two buckets on top of a shelf. And the dripping is some what irritating during a quiet night. The location was different than was advertised. The apartment was on the wrong side of the marina, therefore, further from the city. There were two fold-out beds at first. One was for one person, the other for two. The latter was dirty so we used the first one but it was taken out of our room without permission. The landlord also lied in the ad when he said the parking was close by. In fact the parking was about 1km away from the apartment. Very noisy and dirty. Everything, it had nothing to do with the pictures stated, the place is a dirty dump,not at all what i booked and at that price, I expected far better. I would have been better off in a tent. Everything. We have been conned in this residence. Apartment old ugly worn out and broken furniture. No service what so ever, dirty place with cockroaches around and the air-condition was so noisy - I had to switch it off in order to be able to sleep.The day I was leaving I asked for an invoice and I was told that he could not give me one and that he was going to email this to me. I had to sent three emails before I was able to get it.
