During our stay in Villa Pantheón, everything was great. We travel a lot and in Villa Pantheón we found a very friendly staff, always ready to help in everything we need. Our room was a romantic mezanine in the top floor and beside the hotel location (right next to the Sourbone University and the Panthéon) we didn't heard any noise. We will be back to Villa Panthéon in our next visit to Paris!!!.
all reviews » The staff was very helpful in answering our "Tourist" related questions.The three desk attendants all spoke English and were always polite. Thehotel was surrounded by nice restaurants and the "Tube" was within a 2minute walk. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold choices. Theroom was a little tight, but comfortable and cleaned every day withfresh towels.The room was big enough (superieur room), clean and soundproof. Breakfast was good, fresh and there was enough to choise from. The staff was very friendly, spook perfect English and were very helpfull. The hotel is in the centre of Paris, between the pantheon and Notre Dame, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff was wonderful. They were all so helpful and kind. Anything weasked for, they got us or did for us. Also, the hotel is in a greatlocation. I'd definitely stay there again.Excellent staff. Clean rooms and very quiet. (Comfortable later because the air heating warmed it up while I went out to dinner.) They forgot the wake-up call I had requested.english speaking TV channels. noisy water tnaks overhead in roof. Space for a superior room in a four star hotel was really insufficient; I first thought that we had been given a standard room in error. The cost of the room was very high for what you get. I suppose we shouldn't compare with what you would get for same rate in UK, but it's difficult not to. Annoying that bar closes at 11pm and wasn't open at all Sunday or Monday. Hard bed. We arrived about 11 am and were told that by 13:00 we would have our room (we wanted a quiet room). At 13:30 there was no room available and it took till 15:00 to get one after a discussion in French. Room somewhat run down but comfortable. Moreover, they had two elevators but only one was working and it made considerable noise. Quite improper of a 4-star hotel and poor value for money.very small rooms. They did not reply on my mails (three mails!!), weak service, room in the ground floor very dark :-(.
