Friendly staff who spoke very good English. Very helpful to us finding information on the Air France pilots strike which affected our return flight. Hotel in excellent position near metro stations and Notre Dame within walking distance. Hotel breakfast - excellent.We had a lovely room which was really comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and really near everything. The RER goes directly to Charles de Gaulle from St Michel metro which is right beside the hotel.Will stay there again.

It was clean, the hotel staff was excellent and the location was great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and well worth the expense. We ate a large breakfast, late lunch, and saved on dinner w/ snacks from the city in our room.Everything!! The location was excellent it was close to the river, the cafes and the restaurants. We loved the organic food and the efforts to be green by the hotel. We had a bit of noise through the floor/walls butnot too bad.We found handing in the key to room even if you were going out for a few minutes irritating.Small rooms. I did not like the tiny elevator, which necessitated making three trips to get my luggage to the fifth floor. I also did not like the very hard mattress on the bed.The rooms were small but well laid out. The room tempreture was too warm and could not be adjusted any futher.Room quite small for the money and had to ask for kettle and tea/coffee which is usually in most hotels.Breakfast is quite expensive. Unfortunately, it's in a student area of Paris (the latin quarter) and the students living in the apartment over the road had an all night party which only ended at 5.00am. We therefore didn't sleep until after the party ended. The hotel weren't really interested in our complaint as they said it was out of their control and they also couldn't give us another room.I find the room very small and with noise from the others room. It was hot during the night.Rooms were a bit noisy. had to drink sleeping pill after 2 nights.
