It`s near the Centre of Paris, near metro. You can cook.
Low cost rooms. Good accessibility.
It is located very near to the Pernety Metro Station (and walkable distance from Montparnasse).
The locality was decent for family stay. Felt safe even at night. Departmental store (Dia) 200 m away, bakery and restaurants about 100 m away.
One receptionist was good in English and very helpful.
Clean room, but not absolutely (enough for most people, but not for the
person who like "ideal" in details).

If coming with heavy luggage, multiple metro connections to this place, and lots of stairs to use in this route. Better to come by taxi, if with heavy luggage.
