Room was great - clean, quiet, with a comfy bed and modern design. Staff was helpful and were very apologetic when they had to relocate us to another hotel for one night due to plumbing rectification work. They made it up to us and overall we were happy with our stay. Location was in a quieter area just outside town with food close by and the Metro within 5 minutes of the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the tube and tons of lovely patisseries, poissons, etc nearby. Great hotel for looking to get out of the main touristy area of Paris, but close enough to enjoy the city. Overall, wi-fi tended to work better in the lounge area/dining room than in the hotel room. Outside of this issue, my stay was excellent. Mainly, shower floor flush with bathroom floor so if water doesn't drain well (which it didn't at first, water foods bathroom floor. Walls are thin but its not bad assuming considerate neighbors. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. none. Bath towels to thin, is only complaint. location to tourist sites and safety of general area. The door is very heavy, it's hard to open. I didn't like the fact they request to leave the key at the reception, and when asked them back they didn't even checked who we are. Rooms too small Shower needed a screen, the entire bathroom gets flooded every time you shower!!!!. The room is a lilttle bit small. location, little too much out of the centre (but nothing that can't be done by metro). breakfast is too simple. The room size is just below my acceptable tolerance for 160 euros/night, way too small. You can't even go to the toilet in privacy because your partner will hear everything. Not even enough space for you to hide your luggage. We had 2 suitcases and we were all the time climbing over them to get around in the room. Small lift. Always seem to have the lights turned off on the hallways so it is difficult to see your room number and also to find the light switch! Doors work on key rather than electronic key card. Size - the room was a little claustrophobic and you can hear your companion in the toilet. Also upon arrival the staff member was very inefficient and made no effort to welcome us. Thin walls... ( Even it was explained in hotel description as "Soundproof Room". We could not reach wifi in our room during our stay due to bad coverage. (1St Floor- Luxury Room). the room is too small. The Shower door always leaaked causing a flood every time you shower. Small Room Price quite expensive.
