It is just 400 metres from both Pasteur and Montparnasse-Bienvenüe Metro Stations, which give direct access to the Eiffel Tower, the Marais, the Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and Saint-Germain-des-Près. Decorated in a modern style, the rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen HD TV with satellite channels. There is also an electric kettle, minibar and free bottle of water. The Executive rooms come with free drinks and snacks, a Nespresso coffee machine, a bathrobe and slippers. All private bathrooms have a bath or shower. The hotel’s ‘N’Café’ is a restaurant and there is a bar with a shaded terrace, open every day until midnight. The bar offers a large choice of drinks and regular entertainment is provided. Guests can also enjoy sports events on the large TV screen. The 24-hour reception also sells a selection of snacks. The buffet breakfast can be served in the restaurant or on the sun terrace and is composed of pastries, fruit, eggs, cold meats and hot items. An express breakfast option is also available at the bar. In the French school holidays, children’s entertainment is available during breakfast hours. Everything about the hotel is perfect. It's clean and chic. Modern and comfortable. Even the convenience of internet in the room even if you don't have computer. (With extra charge, of course). The price that I paid include breakfast. Kettle, coffee, tea, towels, gels, etc are provided. Found the hotel ideal for what we required. Good location, clean room, good service, friendly staff, good price.

It is minimum 8 minutes walk from any nearest metro station (Montparnasse Bienvenue or Pasteur) - I chose Pasteur. So, if you intend to walk with all your heavy luggage, not recommendable! But if not, it's a great hotel to chill and be totally relax. breakfast price is steep for what you get. it said we got ceral and fruit too, but we were missing those things.Breakfast was a bit pricey at EUR 16 per person. Only one thing: the cheaper breakfast option was not obvious to find. We were told about it on checking in, but the next morning we were automatically shown into the full breakfast area and when we explained we wanted the small breakfast at the bar we were treated rather grumpily and had to ask for the fruit which had not been put out. Luckily there was a menu list so we knew what we could have.american breakfast was too small, at 10 a.m. lack of free table. Price for breakfast is pretty steep (Euro 16,- p/p). I'd advise people to have breakfast at a boulangerie/patisserie. System for 'helping the environment' (like leaving towels you want washed on the floor and putting a card on the bed if you don't need it changed) didn't seem to work; hotel staff changed everything, every day, despite us trying to 'tell' them it wasn't necessary.It was not easy to find for us... not your fault. The pillows were very uncomfortable, practically no hanging room and I was given a smoking room (I didn't ask to be changed though). They also allow pets in the rooms which I think is pretty disgusting, but I don't know if this is common practice in other Paris hotels. More concierge support and information ( restaurante, entertainment) will be expected. Hotel staff wants my bank card before the accomodation.Breakfasts not included in the price of room! There was no free internet in the hotel except the one dedicated computer at the reception. EUR 5 per hour of Wi-Fi internet is inadequate these days. the so called in-room internet tv system sucks....... you have to count 24 yourself because they won't prompt you when it will end and the staff argued no one complained before...... how ridiculous it was. Stingy with basic necessities like water, toothbrushes etc. Room service knocked every 5 mins and disturbed. Price of internet at rooms, wrong cable. Food expensive and not very nice.Window can not be opened.. AC did not seem to work - too hot....
