Afraid to end up in a smudgy small sized noisy french hotel with bored personnel, this was complete opposite: of course the room was a bit small, just like the beds (I'm almost 2m), but don't go to France if you don't want that. The personnel smiled, the room was clean, the shower perfect. Booking in advance saves you a lot of money by the way. We had room 603. Very good price, and the room (002) was excellent.

I was able to keep my luggage at the hotel although I had turned up a few hours before check-in time. They also kept my luggage for me after I had checked out at 11 a.m. but my train was not until evening. The "classic" room looks dated but clean and very comfortable. Good indian restaurants close by.The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke English well. We had booked two different rooms which was all that was available for when I booked. When we got there they had upgrade one of the rooms for the same cost and therefore our rooms were on the same floor. Location was fantastic for what we were doing for the weekend. On 13 of april morning the receptionist asked to pay for 1night staying and has taken the money from my visa card for a thirdtime. At the moment money still frozen. they are very small, heating doesn't work very well.
