Was good equipped, clean, no problems, friendly stuff. The location is just a few minutes next to the metro. Charming hotel staff. Quiet and clean room.I liked it very much. Perfect. Staff helpful, polite and always happy. Room compact but not to ridiculous extent suggested in some reviews. Area nice and friendly (avoid the nearby Italian restaraunt though if you want a friendly welcome and good food). If you want the Ritz then pay the rate for the Ritz, if you want good value for money which is clean and friendly look no further. all reviews »
Very cosy and quiet hotel, situated not far from the city center: tasty breakfast and polite staff, were very happy to live there, wanna come back.Very clean and newly furnished rooms. Very quiet location. Nicebars/cafes nearby for breakfast and evening dinners/drinks. Greatchoice. Room was larger and generally nicer than I expected. Breakfast was also more than expected.New bathroom; room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed to stay here! The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a quiet area and the metro is very near and the trainstation also. The man on the reception was very friendly and helpfuly. I liked the room a lot, they cleaned it every day and it was the same what I saw on the pictures.Very recently, they started to provide free wifi internet access in all rooms. Before, only a very expensive access through swisscom was possible. This is a major improvement as far as I'm concerned!. The rooms were very clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was fresh. Easy access to metro, Alesia, only 5 min walk. Great value for money. Real Tea Served!!. In my experience it is the best value for money in the 14th arr. . There is no armchair in the double room I stayed in as depicted on the web site. the shower could use thermic shower controls because it would save room, now my belly altered the water temperature without my consent, and no, its not that big. The breakfast organisation - there were days when something was missing, sometimes milk for cereal, sometimes tea or bread. the wirless internet had some problems especialy in our floor (4 th floor) the conection was not available usually.For the price, it is alright. Elevator to small. the stuff! they were kind and helpfull, but couldn't pass a simple phone call to your room, or ask who is calling! some people called and they didn't fined our name in the roomlist! and we have been there for a week!. The same breakfasts every day.The rooms were very small though adequate for a few nights stay. The lift was tiny - only holds 4 people. This hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users. Carpet in lobby needs replacing. No hair dryers, inconvenient forAmericans with different plugs/voltage, they should have available for adeposit upon return.Akettle and tea a nd coffee would have been helpful especially as the machine in the foyer did not work. Although adequately equiped the room was extremely small. bathroom was not heated. The room and bathroom were not spacious.it was good to have a bathroom, but it was really "intimate" e.i quite small:( for me personally, rooms on the ground floor have graits, because of safety, even though I felt a bit uncomfortable to have the window opened. Very small rooms.
