The gentlemen working the front desk for the duration of my stay, was excellent. He was very friendly and accomidating. Myself and my cousin are new to traveling in Europe and he helped us out immensly. The location is super convenient with just about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 5 minute walk to a metro that is one stop away from a main metro hub. Staff were very kindly!and the location is in der near by Eiffel .

The best part of this hotel is its location! It is a family business. The internet is not working in rooms, only in the lobby. It is so expensive. The room was pretty small for two people to stay in, however, I cant complain as it was expected for the price we paid and the gentlemen at the front desk made up for it with his charming personalilty. WiFi was terrible but worked long enough to contact people back home. No airconditioning. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was very small, and very run down with paint peeling off the walls. The wifi didn't reach the room, so we had to go to the lobby if we wanted to use the internet. The tv had 20 french channels, 3 German, and 1 English news channel. No dvd or anything. Also, Paris is ridiculously expensive, and getting worse by the year. Room air was stuffily when doors and windows are closed. Not where you want to be if you go for the summer. There is no ac and no way to get air unless you bring a fan. Internet? In the lobby only. Of course, that sucks. 1. The only bathroom light was (obviously) broken because the lamp was missing. 2. Shower header bracket was broken, unable to hang it on the wall. Maintenance is clearly bad. 3. I left personal documents on the desk at check in. They were put aside and I was not informed despite my hotel reservation, with my name on, was one of the documents. I had to return to the hotel the next day to recover them. Room was shabby, loose toilet seat, leak from toilet cistern, towl rail broken. Twin room with double duvet and beds pushed together. The building was under construction, so the breakfast was not complete and quite unconfortable at the lobby. Poor shower with no doors so all the bathroom becomes quickly wet. Room size. The hotel rooms are small and with very old and broken furniture. the hotels doesnt qualified as 3 star hotel. the location next to the bar. since the room doesnt have any air conditioner in the room. and room 29 is next to the bar. when i open the window its way too noisy outside but if i closed the window, it way too humid and very hot in the room.. the price doesnt equal as the facilities that we get. as the description of the hotel should say that no air conditioning!. the first room they put me in was tiny and the carpets were very dirty and smelly. I asked for a change which they accommodated. The other room was acceptable, but the wifi in the room was not reliable, nor was the reception on the tv. Room very small. Cleanliness, faulty shower, faulty wiring, dining area. Everything. Mould covered rooms! Showers that leaked. Smelly Poor decoration Small twin rooms Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in! We cut our trip a day short to get away..... This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in,they have bed bugs, mice, plumbing, not working good no one to complain to brooken lights they offered my a one day refund witch turned out to be a half day refund. bad! bad! BAD!.
