Staff helpful , rooms clean. The hotel staff was courteous and was very helpful with directions and information. The location of the hotel was convenient to public transportaion and there are local shops and restaurants close to the hotel, which was convenient for a quick snack and beverages.very convenient situation, close to the metro and the Eiffel tower, the XVth arrondissement is pleasant, plenty of good places to eat. The triple room was small but adequate, and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Also the area, at first, appears to be off the beaten path and not so good of a location. But once you are familiar with the hotel staff and the closesness of public transportation, and allow yourself to becomce familiar with the location, it is not the bad of a place to stay. Clean and "cozy". The room was very small, thankfully we only used it to sleep there.not very good breakfast. Bedrooms small. Though the room is small, it did not bother me since most of the time I was out in the city and I used the room to sleep only. I had no problem with the small elevator. I did not try the breakfast which is not included in the daily rate so I cannot comment. I got the chance to try nearby bakery and was satisfied. The rooms are tired and needs some upgrade. 2 of our rooms do not have english channels. Lift fits just 2 person but using the stairs is fine if no seniors or children. Simply and barely furnished!. I did not like that the breakfast was not included in the room price, and the separate price of 13 euro per person was expensive. There was bothering noise -since early in the morning- from the building that is constructed next to the hotel. Although I made a reservation for a triple room, the third bed was not an ordinary bed like the other two, but it was a portable bed.This should be clarified. stuff flexibility. Overpriced. Wery expensive breakfast. small room, small elevator. Air conditioning did not work very well. Booked and Paid for triple room got a double room with a camp bed which was squashed under a desk. No room to move in the room as a result. Bad value for money.
