Located in the 11th district of Paris, Hôtel Fabric is a former textile factory that now functions as a hotel. It is 450 metres from Oberkampf Metro Station and guests will have free access to the hammam and fitness room.
With a contemporary décor, all of the rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a minibar. Each room also comes with a private bathroom.
A buffet breakfast is served each morning in the communal lounge. Guests can relax with a drink from the bar in the evening.
Massages and dry cleaning are available with an additional cost. Other facilities at Hôtel Fabric include a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi access and free newspapers.
The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it. The size of the rooms is not big but neither extra small and the bathroom is fantastic as it is very weel disigned and provides perfect privacy. The price is very good for what you can generally get in -for no reason- expensive Paris. Last but not least. all reviews
Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!

Fabric is a quiet hotel located in the heart of the Oberkampf area, close to a number of nice bars and restaurants. The room was small, yet clean and equipped with a nice big shower and comfortable mattress. Furthermore, there's a little gym in the basement where you can do cardio and some pull-ups.
Overall, Fabric exudes peace and calm, which added to a very pleasant stay.
The staff were so friendly, warm and helpful. The lounge area is gorgeous and the honesty bar is a really good idea for a relaxed evening. The hotel is in a good area, walking distance to town (20-25mins) and Canal St Martin (10-15mins) and the immediate area seems to be 'up and coming' with nice little boutiques, delis and bars.
Excellent location, near three metro stations (lines 5 and 9). Quiet neighbourhood but still a lot of nice bars and restaurants around. Attached to a supermarket which is open on Sundays too. Spacious room with very nice design. Considering the prices in Paris very good value for money. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Amazing decor, very comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and the breakfast area itself is fab! Free hot drinks throughout the day is a nice touch and the hotel has very helpful and courteous staff. Perfect place to stay for a superb value for money city break in this beautiful city.

Good location if you like peace but still be near nice bars and restaurants in cute Paris neighbourhood sorrouned with metro stations a minute drive to main places. Boutique hotel, nice hide away with fine and pleasent stuff with style.

The location is perfect, two metro station just 3 minutes walk. Prices in this area are much better than in the city centre.

great location, easy to get to from a number of metro stations and close to lots of nice shops, eateries and the marais. the room is nicely designed and comfortable.

Some soundproof issues but I assume this had to do more with the rude people staying above us. The carpet also was not the best choice for a recently constructed hotel. Finally, the corridor door which leads to the rooms should be kept open for a while during the day cause this place (not having a window) gets smelly.
A chambermaid was absent-minded very often – she always forgot something (towels or cosmetics). We had to ask a guy from a reception to complete this lack.
The staff was not too friendly at all times; certainly professional, but somewhat stiff and not at all cordial.

- tv channels are mainly French and there is no music facilities in the room (but we only slept in the hotel so this was not really a problem for us).
Wasn't a problem for us as we don't mind using public transport but the hotel isn't within walking distance to the main sights so metro is required which some people may see as a negative.
