The staff were outstanding and very friendly. It was spotlessly clean, easy to find and near lots of Metro stations and walking distance to the Bastille. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed for short stays. The Independent nature of the hotel shone through in their quality of care and customer service. Will definitely use them again if in Paris and happy to recommend. Very good value for money, thank-you.

Good location as it is near Metro, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Quite close to central Paris. The staff are nice, the rooms are tiny (this is Paris after all) but very clean, newly renovated, beds are very comfortable and the showers worked perfectly. We did not have the breakfast. Great value for the price. Very clean, cosy and modern hotel, with much space, very good facilities, renovated and with really helpfull stuff. Excellent for city trips, next to 3 metro stations, easy access to the airport with just one correspondence. Great solo rooms. Quiet and great internet connection. Great general ambiance. The hotel was centrally located and close to many bars and restaurants. There were velibs around the corner. The staff was friendly, the room clean, the shower great and there was a good bed and duvet. The staff was very kind and helpful. A very lively neighborhood but not touristic. The views aren't the best - given that it's in a small mainly domestic side street, but the price reflects this and so isn't an issue. It's an excellent short-stay hotel. The walls or doors are a bit thin. We had some very noisy neighbours who kept us awake for a while when they returned to the hotel after midnight. Breakfast is just unacceptable for it's price. NOT recommended. Great boulangeries just next to the hotel, though. The air circulation in the room was poor and therefore I woke up with a stuffed nose every morning. There was no blow dryer for your hair. The room was small. There was no closet and lights too dim to even read. Room is small so it's may not suitable for long stay. The view wasn't great, but well, I didn't expend there much time either. Only one thing...it's minor...this is really a great hotel...go ahead and book! We had a room on the first floor which overlooked the road (people on the street could see straight into our room). It just meant that we constantly had to close the heavy-blockout curtains whenever we were in the room and shut out all daylight. If you're reading this Mr Manager - I'd suggest hanging an opaque curtain behind the heavy ones - this would have made our stay a 10 out of 10!. Small but probably not by paris standards. The bed sheet has never been changed. Street was a bit noisy on Saturday night. Room lacking a closet, a bit small but ok for a short-term stay. As it was hot and no air con, I had to leave the windows open. The street was noisy. When the windows were closed noise was fine. The price has gone up because of the impressive improvements. I liked it when it when it was a little shabby. This hotel just gets more expensive. Small, but normal for Paris. Hotel still incomplete. Really small rooms. The room is very small, ...and the street is very noisy through the whole night...rather choose rooms facing to the courtyard. Aircondition will be helpful... Rooms too small. The renovations; everything is recently painted or dusty...mmm love that smell.
