It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. We went in mid-April but it did get a bit cold outside in the evenings, but the temperature was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we were able to fully rest after each busy day walking around.

Location is perfect for accessing the Louvre, the Tuileries and the metro is close by as well. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean and in a great location to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Our street was quiet, and although close to hubbub, we heard none of it. And we felt very safe. This Hotel is very nice ,friendly people working there , they can help you with all your questions , clean , very quite , and very near to Louvre and there is all kind of transportation you need. Location to all the main sights, cleanliness and welcome at hotel. Really good value for money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of booking. After remarking on dirty bedsheets to reception they had the cleaning staff change sheets right away, but also the new ones were not 100% clean. Also the internet was not working properly, with constant disconnections making it impossible to use. The bathroom was minimal as well, so if you are taller or larger than average you might want to consider another option. Originally we had the only room on the ground floor right next to reception. This room has two big windows that look right onto the footpath - not at all suitable!!! The bathroom (although very modern & stylish) had no shower stall or anything to stop water from going everywhere - very dangerous. The WiFi did not work in this room either. We spoke to the manager/owner? Next morning and he moved us into a very cosy room upstairs and helped me resolve the wifi issue. Our room was extremely small with not an ounce of living space. The elevator barely fit two people, but that is typical for Europe. We were very happy with the cleanliness. just slow internet like almost all Paris. Can't think of one bad thing, everything was excellent. All the breakfast items were very tasty, but for the price of the tiny rooms, the meal should be included in the price. Small. The bathroom was small. The room ,and the shower too, are very small (as in Paris everywhere). Internet connection timed out often and was weak. However this maybe be a Paris problem as much as a hotel issue. Quite small room, room did not lock properly first day.Room was a bit small but we were only there for a couple of nights so it didn't matter. . We were in a very small room on fourth floor with an extremely small washroom. Poor wifi in room 204, I had to go in corridor to refresh pages and radio on my pc wouldn't work properly. Internet. Shower did not function properly. Room is small, elevator gives room to 1 person... :-). Room is very small. Some facilities are not so good. Room rate is a little higher. Small room / bathroom. Very very small the pictures are not the room that you get.
