The room was very fresh and was kept that way throughout our stay. Not what I would call an upmarket location but very good value and service. I only stayed here for a few hours so it was just to sleep.The staff is very helpful and rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is not far from station. big and comfortable rooms-very clean. close to 2 metro stations!. Great little budget hotel. A bit far from the center of the city, but good value for money. The room was very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend!.

The location was a bit off the beaten path, but it was only 2 blocks from the metro station. There was also lots of construction on the street outside which made for extra noise and less than appealing aesthetics.the building work outside made for an early rise but that was all fine. The hotel is also situatued in a bad/run-down area, this was a comment made to my wife and i at a restaurant local to the hotel. But it is noticeably a bad area, but we did not have any problems when out walking.tiny bathroom. heating system was not good. Altough complined many times, nobody done anything. The cleaning people didnt lock the door.Room near the street was extremely noisy. The phone in the room was not working. Therefore, I couldn't make outgoing calls. The wakeup call was supposed to be given at 6.30 am, instead somebody knocked on the room at 7 am. Tiny bathrooms, no bath, tiled floors, location. it was just so basic for the price. We have stayed in far better accommodation in the UK for less money. there was no air-condition in the room and the heating was not open all day. we froze. the hotel was old. the area was pretty bad. construction work all over the place. a bit scary place at night. the bathroom had a terrible shower and there was water all over after we showered and we had nothing to clean it up, so if we stepped into the bathroom afterwards we needed to change shoes.Overpriced. The are is scary, like coming to the war zone. I would never go backthere again. The price was over rated for the quality and location ofthe Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!. 1.Doing prior booking for double bed they gave us 3 bed room.then whats the use of doing booking. 2.There was no Mat in room(as the photo shows) and all to the supprise the heater was not working(for that stay the temperature was almost 2degree celius). 3.The person working in night shift promised that your room will be changed the next day.but it was not done.4.what does contiental breakfast means. I booked 2 nights but only stayed 1, that's how bad it was, but was still charged 2! Room was freezing with only 1 small rad that did not heat the room through, none in the bathroom, were given some old fashioned dust mite heaven covers that didn't keep us warm, the shower water was only warm, hotel noisy, staff not bothered about our bad experience and still wanted full wack money! never again!!. price was too high for what we get, I felt unsafe in the district.
