- The staff attitude, very close to subway station, supermarkets and restaurants. It is excellent positioned. Also, there were no unpleasant events during our stay there.The hotel itself was very clean. It was a two minute walk away from the metro station which was exremely handy. The staff were able to speak very good english which was a great help.

Helpful staff, good position for visiting sights.Nice small room away from the street.Room was small but comfortable and always very clean. Reception was 24-hour and all staff spoke perfect English and were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very well-positioned with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance and Gaité metro station literally just outside the front door. Note: The rooms are most definitely not soundproof.It is a kind of boutique hotel and you are filling like in a big housewith many rooms not like into a hotel. Well placed with good access to the whole of Paris. excellent location; very quiet. Location was excellent. location. Very nice area, close to metro station, shops, pubs etc. Nice staff withvery good english, helpfull and kind. Tasty breakfast with nice service. Room was warm and sound proof. You can leave your luggage afterchecking out and desk is open all day and night.A nice ,clean hotel, wonderful staff.It was very close to Airport bus stop to Orly and CDG. It takes only 3minutes on foot. Metro station, Gaite is in front of the hotel. It is only 20 steps from the hotel.Although the rooms were spotless the size of the room was a little on the small size but as we were out for most of the day this I suppose was not a big issue. The breakfast selection could have been more varied as all there seemed to be was bread and more bread but this was not a problem as there were plenty of cafes nearby. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definately recommend to anyone.Tea and coffee making facilities would make hotel even better.Internet access with credit card was not possible. It appears that the internet provider does not have the proper credentials and security certificates. This prevented the authorization process from working.I felt a bit uneasy about the fact that the only place to leave luggage (ie before or after check-in/out) was in the hotel's foyer in plain view of passers-by. Also, it was apparently impossible to deter the cleaning staff from cleaning our room-even a 'do not disturb' sign was ignored. Another issue with the cleaning staff was that every day they left our window open which had no latch.Maybe the very small rooms but if you are spending only few hours duringthe night in your room this is not very important. It was mainly very quiet but the first two mornings there was a lot of maintenance noise. Also the room was very warm ...even with the radiator off.small rooms but in this location reasonable for this price. Room service was entering when we were in. Room was small, but it'scommon in Paris. Old furniture, bed lining and carpets and what's mostimportant it was dirty. Starting from stairs, carpet in room, bed cover,and bathroom. I don't mind old interiors, but carpets should be washed,and bathroom needs a lot of bleach!!! A lot of bleach! And some paint aswell. There is no possibility to get tea or coffe after breakfast. Firsttime I met with charging for drinks from your fridge.Noise from the outside with a lot of cafes and restaurants.My room was on the main road side. So it was so loud and I couldn't sleep well.
