  The first impressions of the hotel was the receptionist whio was very pleasant and polite. She explained where we should go and see during our stay and pointed it all out on a map which she gave us. The room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. It was very private and you would have believed that we were the only ones staying there it was s... what people say » o quiet.   Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to buy ... what people say » some for the car. Another staff member went out of his way to find a restaurant with specific cuisine for us and printed out a map. - Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities. Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna. Location was good - nice and quiet being in a less busy street but still close to everything.
