  The staff were most friendly and helpful. The loaction of the hotel was so central and perfect for a weekend break which being right bang in the centre of the shopping district. The room was so spacious and clean and I was impressed with the bathroom samples and generous supply of towels and extra pillows. The view over Graslin square was lovely.
