  We checked in late at night and the reception desk really was 24/7 which seems to be rare in France. They spoke English and Spanish as well as French making communication easy. The bed was sort of comfortable, but when I sat on the end corner of it it broke. The mattress fell through the frame because of a few missing wooden support struts. The computer in the - Simple comfort & pleasant. Very good choice in terms of value for money: There's a boulevard for morning promenade nearby the hotel. Getting there via public transporation (if you are not heavily packed) or private drive are convenient. Definitely would llike to stay there again next time in Nantes.

  Location is perfect to see everything in Nantes. Hotel is modern and room was large with little kitchette and frig to cook and to keep things there (we didn't but maybe next time with more days). And..you can not beat the price! - I liked the central location of this hotel, plus the kitchenette, which allowed me to eat in - although the hotel is located right next door to a fabulous restaurant and bar strip. I asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel and this was arranged with no fuss. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and linen of good quality. The Reception staff were very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, as we speak only a little French they helped with the taxi in the morning and where to go for a meal. The room we had was very spacious and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay, great hotel, great city. - Clean and modern room, spacious, comfortable bed. Appreciated the air-conditioning as it was a very hot day. Didn't try the breakfast as it was not included and would cost 14euro per person, apparently it's a "bio" breakfast.

  Great location. Good kitchenette and well stocked. Saved heaps of money by cooking in. Coffee maker worked well (Canadian coffee addicts here:) Code system worked fine for after hours arrival. Just remember to write it down. - clean apartment, close to market, staff very helpful & friendly.
