  The staff, were excellent and were very attentive, especially in the dining room. Breakfast was lovely and the room we had was very cosy with wood finish everywhere.   A wonderful hotel with welcoming staff. A gorgeous lounge with log fire. Rooms were great with extremely comfortable beds. Great for families. - Staff excellent but everywhere else we stayed on a 7 week vacation, there were facilities for tea or coffee that were free.

  Within a minute of us pulling up the the hotel, someone was outside helping us with our bags into the elevator, checking us in and bringing our bags to the room. They were prepared and ready for us. Extremely polite staff, immaculately clean.
