  A wonderful hotel with welcoming staff. A gorgeous lounge with log fire. Rooms were great with extremely comfortable beds. Great for families. - Staff excellent but everywhere else we stayed on a 7 week vacation, there were facilities for tea or coffee that were free.

  Within a minute of us pulling up the the hotel, someone was outside helping us with our bags into the elevator, checking us in and bringing our bags to the room.
