Everything. This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. Great size rooms, excellent facilities and dedicated staff. Our daughter had to go to hospital for treatment of Laringitis and the staff were very helpful indeed.

Amazing value! The B&B Lille Centre Grand Palais is an exceptionally clean and well appointed budget hotel. Room was well soundproofed . Our stay at La Maison was all and more than we expected. Much has already been said by others- but this B and B is very special. Luxurious, spacious, spotlessly clean, and the owners and hosts look after every need. Breakfasts were generous and filling- you wont really need lunch! We were picked up from the station in Denis' London cab- and from that moment we were offered the highest standard of service and care. Thankyou Maison- we loved our stay. The hotel is right across the street from the train station. There is a major shopping mall also across the street as well as abundant shopping throughout the city center all within easy walking distance.
The staff were helpful and responded quickly when I dropped my ring down the sink drain - it was retrieved immediately and without a hassle. The room was clean and efficient.
