Everything. This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. Great size rooms, excellent facilities and dedicated staff. Our daughter had to go to hospital for treatment of Laringitis and the staff were very helpful indeed.

Amazing value! The B&B Lille Centre Grand Palais is an exceptionally clean and well appointed budget hotel. Room was well soundproofed . The hotel is right across the street from the train station. There is a major shopping mall also across the street as well as abundant shopping throughout the city center all within easy walking distance.
The staff were helpful and responded quickly when I dropped my ring down the sink drain - it was retrieved immediately and without a hassle. The room was clean and efficient.
