This hotel was precisely what we presumed it would be -- a fine affordable alternative. We had no problems with the rooms or cleanliness and no issue with the matter-of-fact handling (the staff was busy with other things too). Perfectly located in terms of public transportation. Beach was energy sapping 10 minute walk away, but a good experience nonetheless.

Also the closest distance between parking our car and our room we have ever experienced, since their parking space is immediately outside the front door and our room was 3m inside. It is a wonderful place and Patricia, her sister Marine and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating.   Stayed for 3 days and was sorry to leave, could easily have spent a week or longer here. The lady on the reception who is also the owner was lovely, very helpful and friendly and spoke great English as our French is limited to say the least. We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel that is owned by them although this cannot be reserved but ... what people say » there always seemed to be a free place even in July when we went. The bus stop into Monte carlo is very easy and regular literally outside the door. T - Stayed here with my husband for 3 nights in July. Staff could speak fluent English and are nice and very helpful. Hotel located in a quiet town with easy access to Monaco by bus within 10 minutes. Bus stops to different places located just in front of Hotel. Nearby sea side is so beautiful and attractive. Guest room is quiet and clean, with adequate size and partial sea view.
