The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it was busywhen we arrived, they were very quick to process everyone.The room wasvery clean, comfortable and the location was excellent. We were able towalk to the casino, beach and palace. The palace was about a 20 minutewalk, but the yachts in the habor made it an adventure. Staff were great...very helpful; some of the nicest French people we met on our trip; It was great to have our own parking space in their private garage.

The roads are narrow and curvey and difficult tomanuver without good directions. The hotel garage is very complicated toget out of. Signs are needed on the many doors. Appreciated that they had laundry facilities...more than one dryer would have been nice. The elevator was not working when we got there and they didn't remove the out of order sign once it was fixed.No fans in the toliet room or the shower room. The hotel wasn't easy to find by car, we passed it two times before realising it was there. Look for a red sign! If you plan to cook pasta, bring your own strainer. Wifi could have been free, and it was slow. As we had paid the higher rate for 3 night visit (the rate gets lower the longer you stay), the room should have been cleaned daily. However, it wasn't. No oven.it was very hard to find this place,but when i did i really enjoy that couse it's really close to the center!. the hotel was in a poor location for anyone who has difficulty with steps.Not easy to find hotel in first time, have to ask locals. there was parking, but there was any available for us. It was hard to find, even with help of a GPS. no shower, we stayed for 3 weeks without a cleaner or clean towel and sheets. No free parking or wi-fi internet service. Breakfast wasn't worth it. On top of it says 8.50 in the room and 11 euros on the bill. The hotel is 200 meters from the train station as stated but impossible to find the first time. They should provide a map showing the hidden stairs that lead up to the hotel.please change the explanation how to find the hotel its imposible to find it.it belongs to France but its on the edge of Monaco and Monaco didnt mark it because it belongs to France,thats funny.Its easy to find it only if you go to Monte Carlo and from that point its easy but to find it from the way of the high way its imposible .We needed one hour to find it. A washing machine would have been helpful. no tv in bedroom; toilet was in separate room down the hall from rest of bathroom; and hard to find. There were no computers, therefore no access to the internet unless you have a laptop.Sofa beds are not what I call a double bed. My husband and I thought we made a booking for a 2 bedroom apartment, but apparently that is not what we got. When we arrived, they had us down for a 1 bedroom and we were forced to shell out 200 Euros extra for our stay to get the 2 bedroom apartment...and they could only give us an apartment with a view of another building.1. Beds are actually folding sofa beds in the 2-room studio. Not mentioned in specifications. 2. Hotel is in france and not in Monaco - almost imposible to get a taxi back and forth!. Difficult to find. it was very poorly finished off and in a year's time will be showing signs of wear disproportionate to its age. some noise. the small "double" bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The address was not really correct...I could not get a cab from the Hotel to the city, the get the car in the garage it is a atventure, very small!. Hotel was very difficult to find. We were not very impressed with the service.the room wasnt ready until after 18:00 and i was tiny!. almost everything.
