I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  Convenient Location and friendly service - This is a very pleasant hotel. My room, although small, was very comfortable and very nicely furnished. The hotel staff were lovely people and I especially liked the fact that there was a chamber maid who came in the afternoons to turn down my bed..

Pretty room with a nice wooden beam feature from the original building, in a quiet area with a window which opens out into a splendid courtyard below.   This is such a lovely, small hotel in a fabulous location for touring Paris on foot, centrally located to most of the major sites and attractions. The staff is warm, friendly and most helpful. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet, and a welcome respite from the busy city. We would return witho - We booked from a courtyard where our apartment had fallen through, in the very nice neighborhood where it and Chomel are located, t 8:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:40. The price was more than a hundred dollars a night less than the others in the area. The front desk person was wonderful. The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.

  The hotel was very good comparing to other hotels (more expensive then this one) where I stayed in Paris. Nice, modern facilities. The hotel was recent renovated and it is in very good shape. It is clean, no complains about that. The only thing that I disliked was the room which was very small. The bathroom small but decent. I can not say anything... what people say » about the breakfast because we decided not to pay for it at the hotel. We had breakfast at the many caffeshops nearby. The arrondisement in which the - Nicely located on a quiet pedestrian street just off the Seine, across from Notre Dame. Awesome location. Air conditioning was great and quiet for sleeping. Lovely, newly remodeled room and bathroom with nice shower. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne on our arrival. The room is very small - but that's what you get in Paris if you don't pay a fortune. I would definitely stay there again.
