  The rooms were very clean, the furnishings modern and did not have the used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a "W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the reservations that you request. Location is excellent as well. Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

  This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and will stay there again during my next trip to Paris. - The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly.   Such a pleasant staff and the room was so charming and comfortable. Because the hotel is located on a small side street, it was wonderfully quiet.   Following a plumbing problem in our room the staff could not possibly have done more including upgrading us to a suite. Curtesy was a byword for staff performance. They were excellent. - Everything from staff to service. We had an excellent time and the staff were wonderful and helped us have a perfect anniversary break.

  Staff were excellent. Hotel had a great location as well. Fridge didn't work in our room, however on the second night, they upgraded us to a premium room - with a working fridge. Wife can't have room temperature wine, after all! - Gréât location to visit city, rooms are very clean . Staff are very helpful and friendly.
