Best part is the location, just 3 min walk to Lyon Part-dieu train station and walking distance near the shopping mall (with Carrefour, Pizza, Quick fast food etc.) Room was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. Value for $ cos it also includes simple standard breakfast enough to start the day! Love the convenience to places especially after out for a whole day. We left the luggage for storage and well kept in secured locked room.

Air-conditioned room was big enough with comfortable bed and big LCD screen on the wall. Modern design of the room and the bathroom. Very clean and felt secure. The hotel is located just next to the train station but we couldn't hear any sounds through the window so they were very properly isolated. Staff very friendly and helpful! Great continental buffet breakfast included in the price. Free WiFi with good coverage in the room. This hotel is a great value for the price! Highly recommended!

The hotel is great, very modern, big and pleasant room and bathroom, all the comfort you can expect. The location is good in terms of being beside the train station if you are traveling by train but not that safe specially on Friday/Sat. nights, good thing is there are guards around. Actually, the only thing we think needs to improve is the staff

This was the best hotel we ,stayed in on our whole six-week trip!!! The
room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and very clean. The bathroom was
very modern and clean, with an excellent shower. The Reception staff
were helpful and spoke English well. Our only regret was we were only
staying one night. Would have loved to have stayed longer. After the
tiny hotel rooms, and bathrooms, in Paris and Stasbourg, this hotel was
wonderful!!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

very comfortable bed, no cigarette smell in room and no chemical disinfectant smell, properly sized bathtub, windows that open, right across from the train station, quiet. will definitely go back - I have stayed at so many recently that I seldom remember specific details. Interesting concept, I am assuming some type of residences that are rented out during the year? Regardless, once we figured out the self check in with the card used for booking it was super easy and fairly good location to the train station. Very clean and full kitchens! Great prices as well for budget travelers but I wouldn't call it a budget stay, extremely roomy and comfortable.
