Good location, with onsite carparking - They had no record of our reserervation for an apartment for 4 but, to their credit they provided two studios for the same rate. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spotless, there was free internet connection for laptops and it was good value for money.

The flat was absolutely wonderful, two good sized bedrooms and a lovely big living room and superbly equipped kitchen. For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!
