Great hotel in a lively and interesting part of Paris. Cafes, Creperies and other nightlife surround the hotel. It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro.

Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Montparnasse station, one metro line stops right at the corner and many more within a block's distance. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air. Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Beautiful, modern design. WiFi everywhere in the hotel was very helpful.Great location, a minute walk from the metro station Pernetty. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.

Awesome Hotel, after staying in so many bad hotels, this was a welcome relief, they even upgraded our room on arrival. The rooms were cleaned ever day, it was very close to the Eiffel tower about 20 minutes walk and there were tons of shops and restraunts around, it is also 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. The location is great, it is close to Montparnasse and is not too far from two metro stations. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Excelent value for the money.
