Awesome Hotel, after staying in so many bad hotels, this was a welcome relief, they even upgraded our room on arrival. The rooms were cleaned ever day, it was very close to the Eiffel tower about 20 minutes walk and there were tons of shops and restraunts around, it is also 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. Bedrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. Bedding looked like it had just come out of its packaging.

Bus to many locations right outside front door, metro nearby, several sights in walking distance. Hotel reception staff very helpful. i thought breakfast was plentiful, and good value for money at a special price of 6.95 euro (it had been advertised online as 10 euro which was still ok.). the room and common areas were very clean. best of all was the supportive bed for a problematic back.

The management was highly knowledgeable about services and sites around Paris. They spoke English which was a huge help and they were accommodating to my needs. The water pressure was great, the bed was nicely made and the bathroom is a decent size, considering you're in Paris. There was no air conditioning - but large windows make up for that. - T

Location is good, not very close to the center but anyway some sightseeings are quite close - Luxembourg garden, Pantheon , it's also half an hour walk to Cite.
Breakfast was basic but tasty and filling.
Rooms are quite clean.
To reach the hotel : take the direct line from airport to station Denfert-Rochereau and then 10 min walk by Arago Bld, to take a right turn to Corvisart street then.
