The flat is very closed to the metro station, but the downtown it's only 15-20 minutes by foot, so the location is perfect. The owner is very kind and helpful. The kitchen is useful and clean.

Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit.

Good location, close to Gare de Lyon. Basic room but clean. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.

Very good location, excellent breakfast in smoll and nice restaurant. Clean room, very helpfull staff. Nice, easy atmosfer. The room and bathroom were a great size. Plenty of room to place luggage. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after. It was close to the metro station (Place d'Italie).

Small, reasonably priced,not part of a chain, breakfast delivered to
room, English spoken. Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and
gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy
and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning
from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair
and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or
advertised as such.

I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant. -

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was
standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a
good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our
stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when
coming back to Paris.

Room was fine, very comfortable (though simple) beds, Plenty of light in the daytime, from window with view on the tree-lined street. Wifi worked fine. Good breakfast, with full assortment. Bathroom (with shower) fine. Well situated, close to Métro and bus, to get into centre quickly, within zone 1 of public transport. Area fine, felt safe. Shopping centre literally across the road, including supermarket. Would certainly stay again in this hotel.
