Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre. Perfect location near Metro and Champs Elysee. Beautifully appointed, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had a 'superior' room, and it is MUCH larger than the standard Paris hotel room. The front desk staff was beyond excellent with their service and help. We've stayed at many different hotels in Paris, most are 4 star or very highly rated 3
