The lady at reception was just great and really took the time to givetips on what to do and what to see in Paris. She went out of her way tomake sure we got the room we requested. The staff at reception was veryfriendly. The room was really modern and clean. The location was closeto the metro and attractions, in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is compact but the room was not small Also it was quiet and located very well (near metro station). Hotel sraffs are very friendly and helpful.We also liked very much that a pet was allowed and an internet connection was free.(worked well) We would like to stay again in the next trip.

I recommend going down to the latin quarter to get something to eat in Paris.. Beautiful menus at very reasonable prices. tube station literally 2 mins from this hotel also.Hotel was in a quiet side street close to all amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the price.very limited English TV channels, No movies. Use of Air freshner a bit overpowering - had to open windows for fresh air (some people are allergic it perfumed air freshners). Wireless internet connection. Breakfast was very expensive, small bathroom. The worst thing for me (I am alergic): there was owfull smell of some kind of air freshner then we checked in to the room.I called to receptionist and she advised us to keep the window opened... it was +3 degrees outside. Heating in the bathroom didn't work. It was quite cold there in the morning Poor choise of toiletries. Only few english channels. dust in the closet, minibar was packed a century ago and still stays untouched. Hellpfulness of some of the staff. The carpet in our room was very dirty. You might want to clean it more often. I realize it gets dirty easliy, but it gave a bad impression upon entering the room. Also, we were very surprised about the size. Only a larger room was shown on your website. opossite from our door was the door of the room the cleaning ladies use- they kept banging the door from 7 in the morning.we complained to the front desk.
