what people say helped me carried my huge luggage all the way to 6th floor, and he's super friendly. He brightened my Paris trip! I will stay here again if i'm going - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when coming back to Paris.
