Instantly he will heat up the flask and pour me a cup without fretting. - The hotel was really clean, they would come in the room everyday to check if you had clean towels etc. They didn't steal anything from the room The room was small but very pretty for how little we paid The metro station is 1 min away and if you walk straight you arrive at Place de la Republique which has plenty of bars and places to eat. Not expensive There was always someone at the reception to talk to you

  Friendliness - I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend and I have to say - everything was perfect, hotel staff was very kind, friendly, there was no problem with speaking English and I could obtain many useful information of them.   The location was brilliant for Eurostar travellers with a short 15 min walk from gare du nord. The hotel had a lift - most welcome to get bags up to the room. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We had a room for 4 with an ensuite, as I was travelling alone with 3 young children we couldn't be split into 2 rooms, ... what people say » and I didn't want to share a bathroom down the corridor ( common in Parisian hotels) so to find this in a great central location was fantastic. We wal - It was very straightforward and they were accommodating, letting us check in after midnight, and leave our bags at the hotel after checkout, they even advised us on the best way to get to the airport.
