  The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there.   Enjoyed every moment! Perfect location next to a tube stop. Staff are extremely helpfull (tried to arrange different flights for us while we were sight seeing as our original flights got cancelled, and kept us updated throughout the day!) and made every effort to make you feel welcome. Would recomend this hotel to everyone! Definately staying there... what people say » again. A++ - The staff were brilliant, really friendly and great help. The location was perfect; the price was an absolute bargain for the location and the comfort. Had a great experience. Really impressed!!

  Perfect location near Metro and Champs Elysee. Beautifully appointed, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had a 'superior' room, and it is MUCH larger than the standard Paris hotel room. The front desk staff was beyond excellent with their service and help.
