Verry calm - The price was right and our hotel room was very clean. The woman at thedesk helped us book a shuttle to the airport since we had to be at theairport before the metros started. Near Champ Elysee and Arc deTriomphe. Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. A minor metro line isvery close and a major metro line is only a bit further away.

The management was highly knowledgeable about services and sites around Paris. They spoke English which was a huge help and they were accommodating to my needs. The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.
