Perfect location near Metro and Champs Elysee. Beautifully appointed, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had a 'superior' room, and it is MUCH larger than the standard Paris hotel room. The front desk staff was beyond excellent with their service and help. We've stayed at many different hotels in Paris, most are 4 star or very highly rated 3

Following a plumbing problem in our room the staff could not possibly have done more including upgrading us to a suite. Curtesy was a byword for staff performance. They were excellent. - Everything from staff to service. We had an excellent time and the staff were wonderful and helped us have a perfect anniversary break.

Breakfast is expensive, though, but all hotels in paris are charging expensive for breakfast. Hotel staff are really good. The room and bathroom looked like exact as pictures of website. The cleanliness was just perfect! Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none. Best accomodation of the 20 or so over my trip
