  Location - The location was fantastic. Montmartre is a wonderful neighborhood, and the hotel is steps from two metro stops that take you to the major sites. It was also very very clean.... It was no frills, very bare-bones, but it was clean and perfect for our uses.

  Vintage is quite close to Gare du Nord Train Station, only need to walk 10-15 mins.The staff was extremely busy but they were friendly and helpful. Vintage is clean and the breakfast is very good. I flew into CDG, caught the train to gar de nord and then the hostel is a very short walk up rue de dunkerque. Then further up the street is the pigalle and sacre couer just above that. Breakfast was good, plus there are supermarkets on the same street and you can cook your own food at the hostel. Wifi is free, staff are friendly. If you're prepared to accept that it's a budget option and don't expect the ritz it's a great choice. I fully intend to return.

  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.   I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well.   This is a very special place - the position of which is surely unsurpassed for being instantly able to immerse yourself in the very best of architypal Paris. Sacre Coeur is but a short stroll away, and for those short on time,there really is the perfect photo around every corner. The breakfast was very very good for such a small hotel and the location was fabulous, right under Sacre Coeur and the art district.
