Situated in an older building, the fittings are a little tired and the rooms and corridors can feel cramped, but friendly staff and keen rates more than make up for these. Location convenient to walk to Sacre Coer Church and Montmarte, also to the Gare Du Nord. Room adequate and clean; reception very friendly. Really good location, right next to a metro station with brilliant links, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Actually wi-fi works only on ground floor. The heating system is not warm enough. Breakfast, very poor. Wifi connection is bad..always disconnected or limited connection. surrounding area was a little bit unsafe specially at night. Rooms small and bathrooms really need some updating. No lift. The authorisation amount of 65 Euros which were charged to the card while booking is still not given back to the card. When we checked into the Hotel, the receptionist asked for the full amount of 325 Euros for 5 nights stay in cash and gave us the receipt. Even after 10 days we have not received the pre-authorisation amount to my card. Musty smell (every time we returned) in room on return from our days out. Terrible district (the poorest in Paris), poor building and room condition, really old one. The spiral stairs are wooden and really shaking when stepping on them. The bathroom is too small and under-equipped (one towel for two person). The room was a little bit too cold. bath room was too small durty carpet,bed mites ... Very small room, not clean, only one plug point in the entire room. It was way too noisy not controlled at all by management. Not in good part of town. I stayied at the Place Three nights. That I remember is the terrible smell from the toilett. It was really terrible. I baught a tube with refressing spray and it helped for a short wile. Afterwards I noticed that the smell had influenced my clothes - so I recommend to look for alternatives. Torn and old towels. Bad and impolite stuff that don't speek english. Noisy. Old and decrepit furniture. Little pillows. Only one soap and shower gel for 4 nigths. Tiny room and bath. Bad breakfast (only half of bagette, jam, butter, juice and bad coffee for 5 euro). No kettle, bad wi-fi. Room was dirty. There was no cleaning. Very unpleasant part of Montmartre. The room having bed bugs, biten me and the bed bugs follow me back to my country hiding in my clothes. Please ask them to kill the bed bugs so that the tourist will feel happy staying in their hotel. I had arrive late night to paris ,i've reserved a taxi by mail from hotel to pick me up at the airport,but nobody came to pick me up. Was in a very bad neighborhood. The night staff did not speak any English. Deffiantely not worth the money!.
