Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. In particular, I was impressed by Nawil, who was superbly helpful and professional. Very well done! Nice design hotel, clean, and accommodating for the business traveler. Modern and very clean. The facilities were excellent and the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The location is great being just around the corner from the railway station and only a 10 minute walk to the old town.

And for affordable prices..... 2nd visit and stayed in the suite which are good value, comfortable and well appointed. Clothes storage a bit limited. Location is a bit off the main city attractions. the bed could be better. As many said, not that easy to find and parking in undeground garage a bit tricky. Low shower pressure and WiFi slow and patchy. Breakfast a squeeze at busy times. - Cleaning is once every 3 days! - Smaller rooms (studio, executive studio) do not have a full-size bed, only sofa-bed! - Shower setup is not very convenient to use. The fold out bed really let the place down. Otherwise it is fantastically well designed and works well. if a table with the phone and table lamp is repositioned,the phone cable and the electrical cables are not long enough to reconnect the phonehence unable to get in touch withreception. no complaints, except did not like food at the restaurant which the deskclerk recommended. If you are on Mac, the wifi can mess with your clock setting, I was told it only happens on Apple devices. I did not like: the internet speed (come on, upgrade the subscription!, the connection barely carried skype with voice only, and it disconnects frequently), some weird design features (no coat hanger, very little closet space), not enough toilet paper (I had to go several times during my stay and ask for toilet paper rolls at the desk...), expensive breakfast and coffee machine, the machines in the "gym" are the cheapest and flimsiest I have ever seen (as if they were bought from teleshopping). The parking is awkward and difficult. Street parking is ad hoc. Did not seem the best location, and got a little lost trying to find it. Cleaning is done every 2 days (unless pay more). The heating did not seem to work. Fold out sofa bed...that was a surprise!. The facility I felt were not as high spec as other appart hotel I've experienced Also their check out at 11 is far too early. the sofa bed was not the most comfortable thing but we booked knowing it would be a sofa bed so that is not the fault of the hotel. Shower a typical example of form over function. A little bit stuck away in a backstreet. No bar. Parking is an issue, in particullar for bigger cars. The hotel parking is only accessible via an elevator. Our car (Sharan) just fit in. The sofa bed was noisy, small and uncomfortable. Also, we booked executive suite, but at Hipark that apparently means you get the smallest room in the hotel. The rooms were made every two days. I will not visit this hotel anytime soon.
