It's a small beautiful hotel placed in the center of Epernay. Three min walk to Moet n Chandon. The staff helped With restaurant booking and arranged with flowers and champagne for my girlfrind on her birthday. This is the place to stay at when you go to Epernay. brilliant staff, room really good, there was a problem with the warm water, BUT they let us use the spa and shower room, NO PROBLEM! Breakfast was SUPER, I asked for egg and bacon and got it,in fact all 6 of us got it, I will go there next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Very loud - poor soundproofing Room temperature control was poor. no restaurant not possible to park outside hotel unless you're lucky room ok space-wise but odd shape made it feel small - doesn't justify expensive room price charges for everything (even room coffee) apart from Wi-Fi breakfast coffee from thermo jug. Skip the breakfast - you can get nicer fresh bread & croissants outside nearby. Nothing - this is a great hotel!. Breakfast poor. Nothing good, even croissants tasted two days old. Don't pay extra for this. Go to brasserie down the street. Parking. Breakfast was barely adequate for the price. Many of the photos on the website misrepresented the hotel as the Champagne Room and cellar are privately owned, not by the hotel. Also the spa with pool etc. was not free as advertised. breakfast good but limited. Nothing everything was fine. No private parking and no restaurant. They charged an excessive amount for coffee in the room. For the facilities the hotel was overpriced. One has to pay for everything extra (coffees in yr room (Euro 5), pool (Euro 10 pp), etc.). Pool is very, very small - more of a large bath tub actually... Entrance hall is a bit 'scruffy' Personel are not that 'involved' into their job Petit dejeuner (extra cost once gain - Euro 15 pp) is bad value for money. Everything in the hotel is an additional charge! Coffee in the room (5 euros), use of the pool (5 euros), breakfast (15 euros p.p). Hotel has been done up but is trying to be more than what it is. Jnr suite was terrible. Sure it was large, but less than half was actually habitable due to low ceiling and beams. Shower only spewed out hot water. Poor quality fittings. Sagging uncomfortable bed. Had to use a sower in another room 2 floors down. The price of almost 200 euros per night was unacceptable.
